Oct. 31 and Nov. 30 Construction Law Round Table
On Tuesday, October 31 and Thursday, November 30 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Straatman Koster advocaten is organizing the Round Table of SKa. The Round Table of SKa is a meeting where we like to inform business relations about current legal issues in order to exchange ideas with each other 'at the table'.
The October 31, 2023 Roundtable will focus on current legal developments on the UAV 2012.
The November 30, 2023 Round Table will focus on current legal developments in the field of the UAV-GC 2005.
The exact program is not known at this time, but at least the topics of disruption and delay and cost-increasing conditions will be covered. We will also discuss the new Building Quality Assurance Act, which comes into effect January 1, 2024.
In one afternoon you will be updated on the latest developments in the field of UAV-GV 2012 and UAV-GC 2005. Afterwards you can discuss these topics with us and others over drinks.
When: Tuesday, Oct. 31 (UAV 2012) and Thursday, Nov. 30 (UAV-GC 2005) from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by drinks.
