Wilfried specializes in project development, (inner city) area development, project financing and related corporate law. He works for project developers, governments, (real estate) banks, investors, corporations and (developing) contractors.

Wilfried studied Dutch law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In February 2006 he started the firm Straatman Koster advocaten together with Thijs Straatman.

Wilfried is listed as a real estate specialist in both the Legal500 and Chambers Europe 2023.
