Sarah focuses her practice on advising and litigating on environmental law and general administrative law, with an emphasis on area development. She advises and litigates on various environmental law issues in the context of the Environmental Law, such as area developments, enforcement, licensing and other spatial procedures. Sarah supports project developers, landowners, as well as businesses and private individuals.

Sarah graduated in 2019 from Tilburg University, where she obtained her master's degree in law. After her studies, she worked as an interim legal advisor at several municipalities, where she had a broad orientation within spatial planning. She was also secretary of the building standards committee in the municipality of Soest and advised on various spatial projects. Sarah then entered the legal profession, specializing in environmental law, and completed her professional training as a lawyer in 2024. She has been associated with Straatman Koster advocaten since August 2025.
