Najoua focuses her practice on advising and litigating in the areas of area development, environmental law and general administrative law.
She regularly conducts public law due diligence investigations when purchasing or selling real estate. Najoua is also involved in drafting and assessing various agreements to be concluded in area developments, such as letters of intent, cooperation and anterior agreements. Najoua advises and litigates for developers, construction companies, governments, investors and individuals.
Najoua graduated with a Master’s degree in Private Law from Utrecht University in 2020. While studying, she worked as a legal assistant at Straatman Koster advocaten and other law firms, focusing on various legal areas within construction law and real estate law. Najoua joined Straatman Koster advocaten as a lawyer in February 2021.
