At Straatman Koster Attorneys at Law, Manon specializes in real estate law with a focus on environmental and planning law. She advises clients and represents them in litigation in the areas of environmental and planning law, area development, land acquisition, and energy law. In doing so, she assists government agencies, developers, construction companies, investors, and private individuals.
Manon graduated from Utrecht University in 2025, where she earned a master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law, specializing in Environmental Law, cum laude. She wrote her thesis on cost-recovery mechanisms for municipalities and water districts in relation to climate adaptation in public spaces and the water system. After completing her studies, Manon worked as a legal associate at Straatman Koster Advocaten, where she dealt with various issues in construction and real estate law.
Manon has been a lawyer at Straatman Koster Advocaten since August 2026.
