Over the years, Joyce has gained legal work experience at various law firms. From 2010 to 2021, Joyce worked at Straatman Koster Advocaten, after which she moved to The Hague. Starting in February 2026, Joyce will once again join the team at Straatman Koster Advocaten as a legal assistant.
