Femke specialises in general administrative law, environmental and planning law and area development at Straatman Koster advocaten.

In 2017, while studying Law at Leiden University, she began as a student legal assistant at Habraken Rutten advocaten in Rotterdam, where she handled various construction law and real estate law-related matters.

In 2019, she joined Straatman Koster advocaten, also in the role of student legal assistant, focusing in particular on general administrative law and environmental and planning law. In February 2020, Femke began her Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University, which she obtained with honours in June 2021. Femke became a lawyer at Straatman Koster advocaten in September 2022.
