Elise specialises in construction law and real estate law at Straatman Koster advocaten. In her practice, she focuses primarily on matters of construction law, procurement law and tenancy law and she is engaged by clients in particular to advise on construction law-related issues as well as to draw up and review contracts and agreements. She also advises on procurement law-related matters, such as the preparation of tender procedures, the assessment of tenders and award decisions.
Elise graduated in 2022 from Leiden University, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Law, with an emphasis on real estate law. While studying, she worked as a student trainee and legal assistant at Straatman Koster advocaten, focusing on various legal areas within construction law and real estate law.
Elise joined Straatman Koster advocaten as a lawyer in February 2023.
