Tosca van Halsema Appointed Partner

Tosca van Halsema has been appointed a partner at Straatman Koster Advocaten, effective January 1, 2026.

Tosca has been with Straatman Koster since September 2019. She specializes in project development, environmental and planning law, and general administrative law. In her practice, she advises and represents project developers, construction companies, investors, and government agencies. Tosca also regularly assists developers and government agencies in negotiations regarding area and project developments. In doing so, she also drafts and reviews the associated contracts.

Following her appointment, Tosca took a few months of sabbatical leave. She has since returned to the office and is continuing to expand her practice as a partner.
