Paul Richter as of June 1, 2025 partner

We are very pleased to have Paul join our partner group. Paul has been with Straatman Koster advocaten since 2019. Paul has extensive experience in construction contracting (DBFMO, UAV, UAV-GC, DNR). He litigates construction disputes before the Council of Arbitration for Construction, the Disputes Committee and the Civil Court. He also advises on real estate transactions (buy/sell, rent/lease) and on the development of real estate projects. He works mainly for developers, construction companies, governments and investors.
