On Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 3:00-17:00 p.m., the environmental law team is hosting the SKa Round Table. The SKa Round Table is a meeting where we invite you to take a seat at our table to exchange views on current topics.
This Roundtable focuses on the transition phase of the new Environment Act.
On January 1, 2024, the Environment Act will enter into force. The post-entry into force period will raise many questions: what will be different, what do you need to pay attention to, and what is the best strategy for going through the permit procedure as quickly as possible? This will be covered in this session of the Roundtable.
We update you on the following topics:
- The transition phase and customization in the environmental plan
- The licensing strategy in the transition phase
- Future challenges: nitrogen, protected species, soil and water.
