On Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 3:00-6:00 p.m., the Rent Law Team will host the SKa Round Table. The SKa Round Table is a meeting where we invite you to take a seat at our table to exchange views on current topics.
This Round Table focuses on: (i) the new ROZ model for 290 business premises and (ii) the termination of a lease of 290 business premises via the ground for termination 'urgent own use'.
In one afternoon you will have a picture of the new ROZ model and the possibility of terminating the lease through an appeal to 'urgent own use'. Afterwards you can discuss these topics with us and others over drinks. An excellent opportunity to discuss your questions on these topics and other tenancy law issues with each other and us.
